5 training skills for dogs, it is recommended to collect

When raising a dog, does the owner often get headaches because of the dog's disobedience and difficulty in training? When training a dog, pay attention to these 5 training techniques. Novice shoveling officers who don’t know how to train dogs are best kept away!

1. Let the dog know the name

The first step in training a dog, of course, is to give the dog a name first, and then let the dog memorize his name. Calling the name repeatedly, when the dog looks at him, he gives encouragement. After the dog is familiar with the name, he can proceed to the next step of training. Connect the name with the instruction, and they will have a sense of identity with their name.

2. Find the training time

Training time is also a skill that needs the most accurate grasp of the owner. Dogs generally start training in about 3 months, this time is the best training time. At this time, the dog has just started to have his own personal consciousness, and his obedience is better. So it’s easier to train. The training time should not be too long. It is recommended to use a short time each time and spread the number of times. Such as training 20 minutes a day instead of twice a day, 10 minutes each time, to keep the dog fresh.

3. Slogans and gestures are consistent and easy to remember

When training a dog, you should know, don’t change slogans and gestures often. Otherwise, it is easy for the dog to confuse the memory, and the instructions should also be combined with fixed gestures. The simpler the command, the better.

sit: If you want to train your dog to sit down, you must first focus your dog’s attention. Point your finger to the dog’s buttocks and say "Sit down" to let it complete the instructions. Be sure to give rewards in time after completion.

Handshake: To let the dog learn to shake hands, first let the dog distinguish between the left and right hands. The owner can touch the dog’s paw with his hand and stretch out his palm to ask for a handshake. Practice a few times to make the dog more familiar. Of course, you must give praise and rewards after completing the training.

Lie down: First, lure the dog with food, slowly move the food from below the dog’s mouth to the front. Give out the "lie down" command and press the dog's body with the palm of your hand to let the dog lie down slowly.

No punishing: Dogs punishing people often happen, this bad habit must be corrected. When the dog wants to pounce, the owner must stop it in time. Give a loud and serious "no" command.

4. Scold correctly

If the dog is making a mistake or making a mistake, the owner can stop it and give certain scolding and punishment. Of course, the punishment is to be done at the moment the dog makes a mistake. Otherwise, if you come to punish the dog after the fact, you won’t know that you have done something wrong, and will still make the same mistake later. When punishing a dog, don’t hit the dog. The dog will connect the feeling of fear with people. When he has a sense of distance from you, it’s harder to train.

5. Commendation

When training the dog, the dog has completed the training and it is over-completed. The owner should give the dog some verbal praise, or some snacks as a reward. The reward should be given right away when the dog gets it right.

Improper use of dog collars can cause these 5 major hazards

The dog’s neck is a relatively weak place. When you pull the collar closer, the stimulus to the dog’s neck can well control the dog’s behavior.  However, improper use of the collar has a great hidden danger, which will endanger the dog’s life and safety. 1. Cause the dog to breathe If the dog’s collar is tightly fastened, the dog’s trachea will be compressed, resulting in poor breathing. If the dog is more naughty and pulls you forward, it will further oppress the trachea, which is prone to danger. If the dog runs around with a collar all the time, and accidentally gets caught by other things, it may also cause suffocation.  2. Affect blood transport Dog collars should not be worn for a long time. Dogs have arteries and veins in their necks.
