1. The tight dog leash affects the dog's social life

2. Skills for using dog leash training

If you are indoors, you can show your dog the leash first, and then give him snacks. Take out the leash from behind, and when the dog looks at it, give them a snack. And then hide the tow rope behind you. Repeat the above steps until the dog is very happy when he sees the leash. 

Then start to let the dog leash, give the dog a reward after the leash, then untie the leash and repeat the above steps until the dog accepts the leash comfortably. Next, let the dog get used to the restrictions of the leash. At home, take the dog on a leash for a few minutes and let them explore the corner. Throw snacks on the ground while walking and let the dog explore. 

If you are outdoors, you can play name games and let the dog focus on you. Say the dog’s name in a pleasant tone. When they look at you, reward them with snacks or pet them, and summon them to come back. Don’t use your leash as a punishment. Pulling the leash desperately will not teach the dog to walk more slowly, but it will cause pain and may cause the dog to breathe. 

3. Choose the right dog leash

It is best to choose a P rope or a combination of ordinary traction rope + collar at the beginning. Make it easier for the dog to get tips from the owner and follow the owner. When choosing a rope, don’t choose too long. A 0.75-meter leash for large dogs and a 1-meter leash for small dogs are enough. If the dog goes well.
